How agent microsites work
Agent Solution runs your agency as a family of websites from one subscription and one CRM connection:
| Site type | Shows | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Umbrella site | Every office’s and every agent’s listings | Your main agency website |
| Branch site | One office’s listings and team | A branch with its own local identity |
| Agent site | One agent’s listings, with their own profile | Personal brands, self-employed agents |
Every site in the family is a complete website, not a profile page: the same seven core pages (home, about, team, sell, let, valuation, contact), the same section editor, blog and area guides, calculators, legal pages, its own address, and optionally its own custom domain (included in a microsite’s price). What differs is the data each site shows, and that scoping is automatic:
- An agent site shows only that agent’s listings; its team page is their profile card (photo, bio, contact details, socials, straight from your CRM with your website-only overrides); even “similar properties” stays within their stock.
- A branch site shows that office’s full stock and team, and its leads route to that branch.
- The umbrella shows the union of everything, with each person appearing once on the team page no matter how many sites they have.
Everything pools upward
Section titled “Everything pools upward”Microsites never fragment your marketing. An agent’s listings appear on their site and your main site; on property pages, most themes credit the assigned agent with a “Marketed by” card. One property, marketed everywhere it should be, attributed to the person who earned it.
Two agent models
Section titled “Two agent models”- Agents in your CRM (most agencies): their microsite is a filtered view of the stock already attributed to them. Nothing new to maintain.
- Independent agents with their own CRM account: their own key powers their site, their listings still pool into your main site, and their enquiries write back to their CRM with lead privacy under their control. The self-employed model, under your brand. Full detail: Independent agents & their own CRM.
Consistent or independent, your call
Section titled “Consistent or independent, your call”Each microsite always carries its own brand: logo, colours, contact details and content are per-site. Whether microsites can also pick their own theme is a single agency-wide switch (Settings → Microsite themes): leave themes locked and every microsite follows your main site’s design automatically; allow them and each site styles itself. The full matrix: Branding & customisation.
Agents can run their own site
Section titled “Agents can run their own site”Invite an agent and they get portal access scoped to exactly their site: they can edit their pages, brand and content, see enquiries on their own listings, and (on bring-your-own-key sites) manage their CRM connection, while domains, publishing, billing and everyone else’s sites stay with you.
