Before you start

Setting up takes one sitting for most agencies. Having these to hand makes it quicker:

Your CRM credentials

Agent Solution builds your website from your CRM, so this is the one thing you really need:

• Apex27: a single API key, found in Apex27 under Settings → API.
• Street: two tokens issued from Street under Settings → Account Administration → Applications: a Property Feed token (scope “Property Feed”) and an Open API token (scope “open API”).
• Loop: a single API key from your Loop account’s API settings.

Keys are tested before they’re saved, and encrypted before storing. Not sure where to find yours? Each CRM guide has step-by-step instructions, and you can skip the CRM step in the wizard and connect later from Settings.

Your brand

• Your logo (a transparent PNG or SVG works best).
• Your brand colour; the wizard has a visual picker if you don’t know the hex code.
• A contact phone and email for the site.

Optional: your domain

Your site goes live immediately on an address like youragency.agentsolution.co.uk. When you’re ready, point your own domain (for example www.youragency.co.uk) from the site’s Domain tab; see Custom domains. You’ll need access to wherever your domain’s DNS is managed (your registrar, or whoever set up your current website).
