Connect Loop

Loop connects with a single API key. One key covers listings, agents and leads.

Get your API key

1. Sign in to Loop as an admin.
2. Open your Loop account’s API settings.
3. Copy the API key. (Ask Loop support if you don’t see one.)

Connect it

• During set-up: paste the key at the Connect CRM step of the wizard.
• Any time later: go to Settings → Connect CRM, choose Loop, paste the key into the Loop API key field and press Test & connect.

The key is tested against Loop before it’s saved, and encrypted before storing. On success your properties import in the background.

Replacing the key

Use Replace credentials on the same screen; the button becomes Update & reconnect and the new key is verified first.

Caution

Treat the API key like a password. If it leaks, regenerate it in Loop and update it here straight away.
