Scope

Covers the lead and listing data we process so an agency's website can do its job: enquiries, valuations, registrations and the CRM records they become.

Roles

The agency is the controller of its buyers' and sellers' data; Agent Solution processes it on the agency's documented instructions.

Subprocessors

Infrastructure providers under equivalent terms, listed here in full at launch.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, UK/EU-appropriate safeguards.

Deletion

Leave and your data is deleted or returned, your choice, within a defined window.
